Before catching our airplane this morning we made sure to run over to the Creperie, one of our favorite breakfast locales in Clayton. Weekday is delightfully less crowded and quieter than the energized bustle and lines of weekends!

The three if is enjoyed.... Nutella-banana crepes; Santa Fe crepes; and a brie/ham/basil on a baguette (late breakfast/early lunch!).

I love that they offer as wide a variety of savory options as sweet options since I favor savory breakfast items.

The Creperie is clearly a community gathering place with coffee klatches and family meals. Perfect for us each time we visit our Clayton family

Two-hour Parking is on the street.

The vineyard Cobb is amazing and the bread was still warm from the oven. It's a bit pricy but the portion is large enough to save for dinner later. I can't wait to try a pumpkin waffle soon!

this place has the best belgian waffles in town. we were driving around Clayton looking for a place for brunch on sunday and luckily, there was no line coming out of City Coffee House & Creperie. we were pleasantly surprised. an hour later and you could not get in the door. Consistenly good food and good coffee. we got a table outside and the service was excellent. will definitely return.

Made a stop on the way to yoga. My boyfriend and I were both glad we did not add whipped cream or cream to our pumpkin latte or hot chocolate. They were already sweet enough. My daughter enjoyed her crepe and her boyfriend avocado on toast. Only visitors. Had quite a regular crowd for a Saturday morning. Nice comfortable atmosphere.

This restaurant has their menu on a blackboard when you walk in. Order at the counter and take a seat. Our waiter was awesome! He visited with the kids when he brought their meals. He stopped by later to see if everything was to our liking and again to pick up our plates. While chatting with our Grandson he found out that this was the best restaurant he had been to in St Louis and that the crepes were better than the ones he had eaten in France. (Age 7, well traveled) We ordered the Province with bree, walnuts, strawberries, blueberries, and grapes. The Lox with salmon and spinach. And the Eclipse with Nutella and marshmallow fluff. All were delicious.
