First, I have give give credit where credit is due. The rooms appear clean and were spacious enough for the three nights that we were there. There is a bartender named Kayleigh that works at the 2nd floor bar, and she is professional, kind, and welcoming. (Try her self named drink-it's amazing!) The location of this hotel is awesome. You are right next to the Landing, and its easy to walk to Historic Downtown Branson. Now, let me give you some reasons I was not satisfied. The parking for overnight guests is $13 a night. Or valet is $16 a night. Outrageous for the prices of the hotel rooms. Then, we tried to put a card down that would cover the costs, but it didn't have my husband's name (who was listed on the reservation), so we put his bank card down. After we got back to the room the second day, we discovered that we can't get into the room. They shut off our cards, and we still had one night to go. They said it's because we put the cards next to our cell phones, but we didn't. When we went to the front desk, they wanted a card that would ensure our purchase was paid for. I wanted to ask them why my card was good enough now, but it wasn't when we checked in. I refrained. But, you know, my card is what got our room keys activated again. Then, we discovered that there is no continental breakfast. Well, actually, I shouldn't consider that a bad thing, because that led to our discovery of many other local restaurants and eateries. (I'm not paying $15 for a Continental breakfast when I can go up one block and have my stomach full of a home cooked meal for $10.) Once, when we arrived back at the room during the early evening, we hear one of the cleaning staff screaming at another one to hurry up, to get it done quicker, and again, to hurry up. That's very unprofessional. We were okay for the 3 nights we were there, but I don't know if we will be back for anything other than a drink from Kayleigh.

Thank you so much for taking the time to share your experience with the Trip Advisor audience. We do sincerely appreciate your high regard for Kayleigh and her self named drink. It is unfortunate that we require adequate payment for our rooms, regrettably we have to have a card on file that can cover the length of stay as well $50 per night for incidentals which of course is explained at check in. We hope that you understand that we strive to provide every guest with an exceptional experience and hope you will give us another opportunity to welcome you in true Hilton style! Safe Travels!!

We stay at this hotel every time we visit Branson. We love the location, in the downtown area within walking distance to restaurants and shopping. On this visit one of the 3 elevators was down during our entire stay, at one point the two remaining elevators were also out of order, and walking up the steps to the 10th floor was exhausting. Fortunately we discovered the service elevator and we were allowed to use it. Have I mentioned we stay here often? We prefer the King Condo room with a little space for our family to spread out. The sofa bed is surprisingly comfortable, and the beds are great. Bathrooms are large in this type of room, and a bath and a half offers lots of “getting ready space” for the entire family. There are noticeable signs of wear and tear on carpets, walls and furnishings. Dust covered light figures above the front desk. Window wall on 2nd floor by the bar was filthy, spiderwebs and dirt coated the outside. The TV in the bedroom was not working, and they had a facilities maintenance person on it ASAP with a brand new TV. Overall our stay was good, I know that this time of the year is off season in this tourist town, and hopefully our next stay will see some sprucing up around the property. We will return, Branson Hilton Convention Center is our fav!

Thank you so much for being so candid in your review. We sincerely appreciate our repeat customers, we are currently doing our spring cleaning unfortunately some of the inclement weather has hindered that. We look forward to you future visits so that you may enjoy all of our improvements. Thank you again for sharing all of your experience with the TripAdvisor audience.

We have no choice but to stay at the Branson Hilton Convention center for our comany’s annual convention... the facilities are like-new (with one exception*) and staff is some of the best in the industry (having traveled to 30 countries & stayed in hundreds of hotels and on river & ocean cruises).

For the past 8-years we have attended our corporate nation convention at the Hilton Branson & when doing so have been stripped of our 2nd Amendment rights by being barred from concealed carry on their premises. For that reason alone I do not recommend this hotel to anyone concerned for their own safety.

*The one glaring deficit at this property is the revolving door entrance to the front lobby. It has not functioned properly in the 8 years we have been coming to Branson for this event. This year they were wise enough (for the 1st time) to post an “out of order” sign. It’s an inside joke to all the employees.

While we absolutely understand your frustration and appreciate your loyalty visiting the hotel for over 8 years. Regrettably while we respect the rights of all citizens in regards to "A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed". As a business we hold the right to operate in a manner that provides a safe and secure environment for all of our guests. We understand that many firearm owners have completely legitimate and valid reasoning behind the safe owning and usage of said weapons; we only ask that they not be brought on property by anyone other than a police officer or military official in the line of duty. In our current social climate all business's have a responsibility to provide as safe a venue as possible for our patrons this is one of the Hiltons of Branson's many contributions to our societal demands. Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with the TripAdvisor audience. We look forward to your future visits with the Hiltons of Branson!

The views were great. Room was well maintained. The staff was helpful.

The parking... seems over priced for the area. Good food at the hotel. Starbucks right across the street. Shopping and other eats nearby.
