Large units. 99% of the staff were great - hskp, concierge, check-in. Chef Ashley was great. Incredible show on site - Million dollar quartet. Good beds and pillows.
A/C blows directly on beds no matter how you adjust the fins. If you close it completely it whistles. Low toilets with no grab bars. Signage from road s/b better. Entry is confusing turning onto Champagne from the hwy. Also signage into the resort is very small and easily missed. Sound proofing between units isn't as good as Escondido.
By far the biggest negative was the 'closer' on what was to have been a 1 hr owner's update. He was very condescending and basically called us stupid for not taking the deal he was offering. The update took 2 hours. AVOID THIS AT ALL COSTS. It took us days to get over the negative impact of those 2 hrs.More
