We were guests at the Island View Hotel and wanted to try something different. As it happens they had a special on Thursday's for lunch. It was a farm to table special and on this day it featured a really nice spinach salad with fresh strawberries and avocado with a light vinaigrette served on the side. The main was a blackened prime rib with butternut squash risotto and a sweet potato casserole that was out of this world. Can't wait to go back and see chef's next farm to table offering.
