Whereas the outside is sketchy, push right on in. We were greeted and sat immediately. Our server Ryan was friendly, attentive and helped when we had ordered too much sushi.
The menu does have an assortment of chicken & steak Japanese entrees. We wanted sushi and after seeing three pages of options, I wasn't disappointed. They have the regular California and rainbow rolls items that are staples. What we didn't expect was the house specialties. This is an enormous selection of customized rolls that combine local shrimp and crawfish with exotics of mango, asparagus & radish sprouts. Reality is that they offer 8-10 piece's, but the width is very thick. You will not be disappointed.
Table Favorites : Miso, Pheonix, Cowboy, Pink Lady & Mardi Gras.
Notes : Skip the soup and go save room for rolls. They do a price cutter "Happy Hour" that runs until 5pm. They are strict about the time. The nigiri rice bed is oversized. If you want fish, order sashimi. They offer a sauce dish, try it.
