From day one Natalie, the owner was helpful and great at corresponding with us here in England.
Arriving at a ridiculous hour in Perth, the information Natalie provided made it easy to get to the apartment and get a few hours sleep.
The apartment is private, has a courtyard with gas BBQ (that we used), clean, light and airy and has a wonderful wooden verandah at the back of the property that we sat on to have breakfast and evening meals.
I traveled with my cousin, one of us having this huge bed in a lovely big bedroom, the other on a single bed, equally as comfortable in the lounge. My friend joined us for New Year's Eve and she slept on the bed settee, apparently very good. Even with 3 of us there in 3 separate beds it didn't seem cramped but maybe we were busy out and about during the day.
Location. A free CAT bus travels in and around Fremantle is a 2 - 3 minute walk from the apartment. The bus takes approximately 5 mins to get into Fremantle. It finishes approximately 5.30pm but its a level 15 - 20 minute walk back to the apartment from Freo.
For supplies there is a small supermarket that supplies all you would need, a bottle shop and a fantastic cafe Ootong and Lincoln that is always buzzing with people. Great for breakfasts on your doorstep.
The apartment up a wooden staircase above shops and on a road. Don't let that put you off. It was quiet.
Hosts Natalie was on hand if we needed, and was great for providing extra linen and towels once we knew our friend could make it for New Year.
A memorable and happy stay.
