Went to Smithfield RSL with a life member for his 92nd Birthday. Bar staff member recommended Table 2164. We should have listened. Booked a table for 4 Adults at Chopstix Chinese. We sat at our table and pressed the button on table for bar service. After 6 times pressing the button and my friend who is 94 years also pressed with nothing happening. We asked to order twice and was dismissed by the young lady and the one who was coming back to take our order also very dismissive. After 1/2 hour still no drink order or lunch order. Then the table behind turned up and with in 2 minutes had a drink order in and we are still waiting. You guessed, we did the walk as they didn’t deserve our money. Went to Table 2164. Food and Service FANTASTIC

Chopstix is outstanding, very tasty and the service is excellent. My family of 4 ordered a variety of dishes and found the food to be fresh and lite.

Avoid this place like the CoronaVirus. Shocking service or no service at all. Took 1hr to get drinks then 1.5hrs to get any food served to us. Then mains arrived in the last 10minutes before our show minus dessert. Look if you have 3hrs and you aren’t ravenous, you’ll enjoy the food because the food is good. Very small portions. Don’t arrive hungry.

Highly recommended Chinese inside the RSL. An extensive range of quality, fresh and flavoursome meals.
We had a variety of entrees, pork chop in peking sauce and traditional curry chicken and fried rice. Well priced and a nice ambience near the Koi Pond.
