Really nice place.really good staff let us have late check out treated us like kings.hotel suite we had .would love to go back for the price .clean quite like the first time we have been good at the room quality

We checked in with our dog around 3 p.m. Went to the room. Walls are very thin so could hear the family talking in the next room - could actually follow the conversation. Asked to be moved to a different room that would be quieter. Because we had our dog with us ( who is a trained and certified therapy dog) there was no place else they could put us since they only allow dogs in certain rooms. I will also mention that it smelled as if someone had smoked in our room and in the hallway. Rooms are very dark and dreary. Could not get our money back do to their cancellation policy. We have checked into hotel before, gone to the room, and asked to be re-located due to chlorine smell, etc. ALWAYS been accommodated. But not here. Supposedly we were to hear from the manager about a potential refund....no dice. Personally I will avoid this hotel chain in the future.

Friendly team greeted us upon our late arrival! Room had a musty type of odor. Sheets smelled clean but appeared to be worn/older. Breakfast was average. Pool area was fine, but restroom in pool was in need of some attention.

There is a metal mattress bracket protruding out on both side. I hit my shin on it two times. It really hurt!
The bed skirt covers the metal but does not protect it from injuring guests.l am sure i will have a bruise.
Hotel needs improvements, remove couch, very dated and makes room too cluttered! Place a few hangers on the bar by the door to hand coats.
Room WAS clean wish is most important.

Used tampon under bed. Lighting very poor. 1 lamp had lightbulb out. Chair had white stains, needs to be washed. 1 coffee cup . Very dusty above bed. Bed was hard, in my opinion. Pillows were flat. Shower head was wonderful.
