Unique brunch menu - something different from the usual, and all tasty.
Nice place for a special occasion.
The Bloody Mary bar was a nice bonus, you can make your own.
The accordianist was a bit noisy at times.
Outdoor eating area.
Good service, no complaints.

Our first Russian adventure! And what a beautiful experience it was! We had made reservations and we got this beautiful corner table with space for my toddler to jump and run around.

The atmosphere was lively and fun!

Ordered Moscow Fries (Delicious - my little one couldn’t stop crunching and dipping and munching) - and Khachapuri (Traditional Baked Georgian Cheese Bread) - super duper delicious!

Veg Givetch - with rice pilaf - it was so yummylicious! Would definitely order extra rice pilaf because by itself it was so delicious!

Our hostess was simply wonderful! Kind and courteous! But what really made my evening super special was their Accordion Player (sorry I didn’t ask your name, Sir! But you were fantastic) He was playing Russian music but he especially came over and played and sang some old Bollywood songs for us!

Food for the soul and music for the soul!

Felt so grateful! We will come back for sure!

Loved the atmosphere here. Soft red lighting and quaint dining areas.
Very knowledgeable server. The food was very tasty. We had the duck and beef stroganoff. My son (the bday boy) said it was one of the best bdays he ever had. (Might have been the huge select of vodkas. One last thing our server was incredibly honest. We gave her a rather large tip but before we took our leave, she rushed back to tell us we made a mistake. Auto gratuity was already included. We never would have noticed. Her honesty went a long way with us. We will be back.

We were pleasantly surprised at the great ambiance, wonderful street scene, with accordionist and vodka bar that created a genuine Russian atmosphere. The food presentation was superb. We had wild rice cabbage rolls--a lot more subtle flavors than expected--and mushroom and spinach blintzes with walnuts. Chicken Kiev was somehow on the bone, with marinated red cabbage and other nice veggies. We had Zubrowka vodka, a bison grass Polish product; definitely made for sipping, took me right back to Poland with one taste. Dessert was "Special Dessert", an unpronounceable wonderful Sacher-like Pushkin torte with strawberries. Service was excellent. The tables by the windows are great for people-watching. Even if you don't like Russian cuisine or vodka, this place will convert you.

I liked the place. Crowded really noisy, veils separate the center tables, nice samovars on the walls. Russian owners walking around playing accordion, great staff and service. Some of the patrons speaking Russian. Good authentic vibe.

We tried the Russian vodka flight, the wheat based moldavian Exclusiv was my fav despite a professionals note : it won Double Gold in the 2012 San Francisco World Spirits Competition, but : Exclusiv smells like cheap vodka: predominantly nail polish remover, albeit with an admittedly pleasant undercurrent of vanilla. (Will Gordon).

Delicious borscht brown bread appetizers duck confit flank steak salmon and vegetarian options.

The Napoleon was created on the premises, and a delicious light variation on the dense heavy standard confection we all know. A triumph!
