I rented a room on March 27 $60 flat. Great price. I attempted to pay for 2 nights and the lady said they don' t accept advance payment and payment would be accepted daily before 11a.m." first come first serve."
March 28 at about 8:30am I went to pay and after my money was accepted the lady told me there was no vacancy on the 29th.
I asked how that was possible when there is no advance payments with a first come first serve policy?? Of course she had no response, but held her ground as she informed me that there is a " no visitors " policy also.
And made reference to a visitor she saw enter my room on the 27th with a balloon.
This is a 16 month old little boy.
Oh yeah, did I mention that we are people of color??!!
It has been my experience that Hotels make all their policys clear when you check in.
These owners are people of color themselves,
I would not stay here again, nor do I recomend it the rooms are bug infested, and the temperature controls do not work.
