Great place to get a taste of Minnesota with a finer flare. Service is always great in a discreet way. Hands down best time to go is on Monday Night for the chop night. They butcher a whole pig on Friday, brine over the weekend and grill the chops Monday night for the BEST tasting pork chops of your life.

Our recent dinner at The Bachelor Farmer was as good as a dinner could possible be! The food, service and atmosphere combine to make a very special dining experience

Neat , casual warehouse that was packed on a Sunday night. Very Popular. My wife and I decided to order a three course tasting menu. The first course was a pastrami appetizer in a tasty sauce. However the pastrami had a lot of fatty streaks in it. My wife returned hers and substituted a salad. The second was a roasted chicken with many vegetables. The theme there is this farm to table craze now seen at many restaurants. It was tasty but there was a lot more dark meat and the portion was small. The desserts were good. A bit pricey for what we received and the waitress seemed to rush us.Could have been better.

This place was busy tonight. John took supreme care of us at the marvel bar. We had 4 small plates between three people. The stand out was the sugar snap pea and shiitake mushroom composition and the duck liver pâté with pickles. All dishes today had the Scandinavian pickle or acid touch.

Across the street from Spoon and Stable this nice restaurant offers good options for dinner. My ragu was delicious but the portion was a bit small. This restaurant also owns a bar on the first floor - Marvel Bar - which was nice as well.
