Junior's has always been the best place in Eagan for breakfast by far over anyone else in Eagan. You get large amounts of food at a reasonable price. Staff is friendly. The restaurant needs to expand to make more room. Lunch and dinner menu is also great food.

The service was great! The server checked on me multiple times to make sure that I had everything I needed. Much of the menu is lunch-related, with about 20% going for breakfast/brunch and 10-15% dinner related. It is a diner, after all. It is not crowded and you can have a conversation with your eating companion here.

This little dive is not much to look at but its breakfast packs a wallop. Their famous cinnamon bun is big beautiful and tasty and comes out hot dripping with sweet glaze. The griddle was a bit overheated for fried eggs but the hash browns were crispy and the everything omelet was large and loaded with chorizo and much more. Generous servings friendly service and great coffee topped it off. A definite plus!

We dined out on a slow week night and found the food below average. My husband had a burger that was overcooked and I had a sandwich that was dry with little flavor. Customers receive a small soft serve with a meal but it was melty.

The lunches here are good, but in size it is not a cavernous place; at the time of this writing, it is composed of a bar with stools, half a dozen tables, and a few booths. While older patrons may feel at home, really young ones will not. Worth a return visit.
