You can get a surprising variety of tasty and interesting food at this tiny little restaurant. Their homemade salsas, red and creamy green, are awesome! I love to order fresh chips to take home with a pint of salsa, tacos made from tender marinated beef on soft fresh flour tortillas with onion and cilantro, and really nice saucy black beans. Nice folks, very friendly.

I live here and have eaten in all the TC restaurants. This by far is the best mexican food around. It is authentic, food is always great and the owner is very friendly. Mole sauce is my favorite. Decor could use a little work. Very kid friendly.

The food and service are great, and the staff is very friendly. If you like Mexican food, you'll find it here! They offer seating or take-away.

Very pleasantly surprised at how good the food was. The salsas, as mentioned in other reviews were very tasty. I had a chicken tamale . . very good, a lot of masa, but I like it. Others in our party had tacos, rice and beans and the guacamole was really good as well. Did not realize the chips and salsa were going to be charged to us .. . we may not have eaten as much . . the chips unique and flavorful. We have traveled a good deal, including colonial cities in Mexico, taking cooking classes, and live in a community where the 2nd in population is Mexican, and this food is as good as any we've had.

I wrote a review on this little restaurant last summer and loved everything about it. Unfortunately, our experience this time left a lot to be desired. We were treating a friend and had said how quaint the place was…….Well, total disappointment…. The server was surly and difficult to understand. We tried to ask her to repeat when we couldn't understand but she acted perturbed with us, rolling her eyes. After we decided what we wanted, she informed us that most of it was unavailable…..no beef, no crispy tacos, etc.etc. One of the dishes we ordered was tamales. Well, they were dry and tasteless, and had absolutely no flavor. In fact everything we ordered was dry and badly in need of a sauce or marinade.

It will be a long while before we return.
