Today I went inside at this Tim Horton to enjoy a quick cup of coffee with a friend. Even though there were 5 employees behind the counter, some doing nothing, we stood at the counter for 5 minutes before my presence was acknowledged. At that time it was a worker busy unloading donut holes who said she would be with me when she was done. About a minute after that, another person waited on me, but not on the person with me who waited another 2 minutes before being served. It was as if the workers are assigned to a certain space behind the counter and cannot cross the line. Unbelievable. Another customer came in and left after not being waited on! Will not be back.

Stopped in for coffee and a muffin mid-morning. Ordered a large coffee mocha and to be totally honest, was a little disappointed. The chocolate was barely recognizable. The muffin was okay, but small blueberries and the muffin itself was too refined. On the bright side, the restaurant was neat and clean and the service was pleasant.

We wantef to get an ice cream cone mixed with a fruit. The clerk didn't seem to know what we meant. This is what they're known for. They were out of the ice cream flavor that we wanted. The air conditioning was turned up so high that we had to leave our coats on. We probably won't go back.

This place just can't get it right and we have given them multiple chances. We went in to get to ice cream dishes on 1/2/16 at about 8 pm. The staff person that made ours was very unfriendly. She didn't answer an easy question, just grunted and rolled her eyes at an item I asked about. She wandered away midstream to do something in the back while making mine. She grunted when we asked for a bag. Inventory was low, again. The people in front of us wanted a flavor and she said "we are out". They then asked for a second flavor and were told they "were out". When they walked away, the one worker said to the other to go get the flavors from the back room. We stood there the whole time and no one ever greeted us or said they would be with us in a minute. When it was our turn, she never greeted us, just stared at us. She actually talked on her headset to some other employee for a while when we were just waiting at the counter. This is not the first time. It is a shame as the product is good but we will not be back and I would not recommend it. There doesn't seem to be anyone in charge there at night. This was a bad experience.
