Our family of six (2 adults, 4 kids) spent a great week at this wonderful gite. It is well appointed and beautifully located. The kids loved the animals and were thrilled to be allowed to feed them. There is lots to do in the area, we particularly enjoyed Najac village with it's castle, market and public swimming pool and also the local river swimming spots. Many thanks for a lovely stay.
lovely gite with plenty of space for three adults teen and a small child. the views from the garden are amazing and the youngest loved the donkeys and the pigs. we enjoyed the walks and the patio which was a lovely sun trap. nearby najac was like a set from a movie so picturesque and worth the walk which was a bit of a hike!! church and chateau beautiful and i would recommend la salamande and the hotel rive for eating. good local shops and local towns for the markets which we loved. jamie and ali both very friendly and helpful when you need them to be. everything you needed nearby. hindsight is a wonderful thing and i wish we had downloaded some movies on the ipad for youngest whilst we were sunbathing as only a couple of dvds in the gite and internet slow in the whole area .. would go back without a doubt
With an unobstructed view of the Château de Najac and the surrounding countryside, along with ample room and great facilities - even for a group of eight - I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this delightful "gîte à la ferme." Gordon the pig provided plenty of entertainment for our young boy and, dare I say, some of his organic cousins provided plenty of flavoursome meals for the adults out on the terrace. Thank you Jamie for being so welcoming and helpful!
|How easy was it to book the property?|
A beautiful position with wonderful views on a very pleasant family run farm. I wish we'd had the opportunity to stay longer and try the organic fare for sale from the farm itself. Jamie was really helpful and made our stay easy and trouble-free.
