The overall quality of the 5 course dinner was good, except one of the starters which was just a pile of cold sour vegetables to us (perhaps just not our kind of taste). We would describe the food as typical French but not very delicate. The restaurant was nicely old fashioned decorated which fitted the style of the menu. All in all a nice experience with a good price-quality ratio (23 euros for 5 courses including soup) but nothing special.
