First, Raquel at check-in was super friendly and helpful. The room was clean and had a fridge but no microwave. Bed was comfy. Even though the rooms are non smoking, the a/c still pumps out a stale smoke odor. The Spectrum TV service locked up and rebooted itself twice (see pic). It's not our first experience with Spectrum in hotels so we waited out the rebooting process. Breakfast was horrific. They joined forces with hotel next door and combined the breakfast hours and location. It was only 2 hours and it was packed. Towards the end of the 2 hour mark they quit refilling the items. With that said, it was one of the less expensive hotels in the area.

What a dump! Where do I start? The old beat up, smelly room? The terrible breakfast? The rude staff? This hotel...if not in a tourist area would be $59 a night...its a mess. It looks ok on the outside but once u get the arrogant staff treating u like a peasant...u know u should have booked another hotel. We travel a lot...20 hotels on this trip so far...Ive never had breakfast staff remove food as people we're getting it. The orange juice...the milk....the waffle batter all empty before 9am...the time it ends. And at 9:01 the started removing the food...even tho people were inline...because they try and feed to entire hotels in 1 small breakfast area. Book it here and u will see how bad it is...and the breakfast staff was so rude...like we were dirt under their feet. Last...the room...smelled musty...bed and furniture from like 1975...like i said...we stay all over the country touring on bikes...sometimes we stay in great places...sometimes not...but this is by far the worst hotel I've ever stayed in....

Hotel is completely outdated, the price is extremely high for the quality of everything they offer. But my worst issue is the breakfast… they DO NOT offer any breakfast here, instead you will need to go to the next door hotel to have breakfast, only 2 hours to have breakfast (7-9am), and there is 2 hotels for that time frame. Once you get there there is 1 (ONE) employee, line is out of the door and everything is missing, it is the worst breakfast experience ever. Both days I was here is the same thing, the meat is ham that they bought a huge piece and slice in the back and throw in a hot nasty water.

DO NOT STAY HERE! You have been warned. If you don’t care for the breakfast at all, then this may be ok, but I wouldn’t recommend
