Room was clean and spacious. Manager was RUDE as were her assistants. Overcharged me for room two times and would do nothing to fix it. Even corporate could not make her call and speak to me, She definitely had a bad attitude. Made me wonder if it was done on purpose to scam a senior citizen. I had to go to the bank and credit card company to get it righted. Breakfast was 1 hour in and almost all food was gone. No fruit. We will NOT stay there again!!

Great experience!!! Mike and his wife Sara were the best!!! They were caring, courteous, hard working and extremely helpful! Great location, easy in and out - large breakfast area with outdoor seating. Good bed and great night's rest. Very grateful! We were sorry we couldn't make it back on the return trip as we planned :(

Drop ceiling in bathroom had the tiles all askew, creepy being watched vibes, curtains won’t close because of missing hooks,the sink faucet is a trickle, took awhile to rinse soap off my hands, caulking in bathroom mildewy and peeling, and tv is maybe 19” . They charge $232, disgusting

Please let us know what room you were in so we can check the situation out. All of our TV's are 32 inch or 46 inch, depending on the type of room. Sorry you did not enjoy your stay.
1. Room smells, too much disinfectant to hide smell.
2. Holes in room wall.
3. Use hot water only for shower (no cold) and still lukewarm.
4. 1 good towel and 2nd shower appeared to be a rag.
5. Wall in shower buldging because it wasn't secured properly.
6. Wifi way too slow.
7. Drawers in sink vanity nailed shut supposedly to hide plumbing. THE PLUMBING PIPES ARE UNDER THE SINK NOT IN THE DRAWER SPACE. See pictures below.
Sorry you did not enjoy your stay
This was an OK place to stay at a reasonable price. we happened to get there with a motorcycle rally bunch also there but noise was manageable. Their breakfast wasn't great but the beds were comfortable and they had frig and microwaves. Reasonable price considering we stayed last minute. They are on the ferry route to mackinak island so it was easy to get there and back. Would stay again. Not wonderful but not awful either. Desk hostess.
was nice. no tea in rooms; only coffee--not all of us are coffee drinkers.
