We booked 2 rooms, we arrived at the hotel, we have to go to the next hotel to check in since the office was closed, we were giving 2 rooms, we went to the first room, it was dirty, smells really bad and the door was very hard to close/ lock, I tried to call the front desk to complain about the room but the phone did not work so I had to walk back to the other hotel, so they gave us another room, we checked the rooms and they were in a better situation, after we settle in, we were surprised that one room did not have a phone, also the Wifi did not work in both rooms so I went back to the front desk to complain, the manager came to the room to check the wifi, he came back and told us there is a problem with the Wifi in our floor and assured us the Wifi works in other floors and offered us to move (again to a different floor) but then I told him that the other room that we booked was in another floor and also the Wifi does not work, he was surprised and he told he will take care of it, also he told us he will get us a phone but we never heard from him again, I went back to the front office the next day and another person came to the room and provide us with a phone
The service is bad, first they told us they will send a room service to the rooms to get us towels/ clean the garbage, then the next day they told us there is no room service and we need to find housekeeping ourselves, we went back and forth with house keeping until we had towels, the faucet in the shower was very loose and kept coming off during shower
They have a swimming pool but it was very dirty
We stayed at this hotel many years ago and it was really nice but this time it was terrible
The only good thing is the private beach and proximity to the rooms

We reserved a 2 bedroom suite based on the ad & ratings on the website. Lesson learned. When we checked in, the room had 2 queen beds. 🤷‍♀️ Our daughter then looked at the google reviews. The terrible reviews matched the terrible room. There was a disgusting smell in the room. The room was filthy dirty. We tried to get out of keeping the room & were told NO. We ended up going down the street & paying for 2 other rooms. Sleep in the car or on the sidewalk before sleeping in this hotel!!!!!

The rooms are disgusting and riddled with bedbugs. My wife checked in after a long day of travel and noticed the bed bugs as soon as they were ready to go to bed. She alerted the staff who did not seemed phased that their establishment was infested and only offered her another of their awful rooms. When she decided that it was not healthy to stay there, she requested a refund but they refused and only offered her the option to move rooms.
