The was the worst experience Ive ever had. Looks NOTHING like the pictures. Beds were 2 feet off the ground, fridge was propped up on a plastic chair that they took from outside AND was plugged into an outlet that obviously was on fire at one time. Holes in the wall and door in the bathroom were stuffed with toilet paper. Garbage cans overflowing outside our room door, along with a broken screen. I booked 3 nights, asked immediately after check in for a different room. Was denied, said they were full. Told them very politely I was checking out in the morning and would like a refund for the two nights I was not staying. I was very kind to the employees as its not their fault. Got the run around from front desk that I could not check out until manager came in at 10am. At 1030 am, I gave front desk my room keys and told them I was checking out. Manager still wasnt there and when I went back at 5pm, I was told that manager wasnt there again. Front desk Lisa was VERY rude. I booked another hotel next door to this one and Days Inn DID book my room out to someone else for the two nights I didnt stay in it. Still waiting for my refund, been 10 days.
Cant believe Wyndham even lets this hotel use their name!
