"I called this motel with less than 12 hours before my husband and I were leave on vacation because the previous hotel “cancelled our reservation” because she didn’t want us to stay there. This place was extremely accommodating and very pleasant to deal with. First, when we called she explained to me that there would be a phone number to call when we got there and that person would come and check us in. However, when we arrived we did not need to call the number because she waited there for us knowing we were coming in late. We arrived around 1:30 am and she was very pleasant and made the check in process very easy. When we woke up the next morning and went to check out it was the same lady at the desk and she still had an extremely pleasant disposition for having very little sleep. She recommended a place for breakfast that was excellent. My husband and I will be staying at the Budget Inn Motel again. Thank you!"

We were on a trip to Buffalo NY & needed a room just for the night, up early & on the road again. The room was only $49.99 for seniors or veterans. The room & bathroom were very clean & we slept well. The gentleman at the check in suggested a restaurant which we dined at - very good.

The room was clean enough but the place looked a bit more run down than the pics on the booking site. I was very disappointed with their free breakfast. "Homemade" muffins and juice or coffee. It should have said free snack because it did not fill anyone up. The entire stay was nothing special at all. The parking outside our room was very crowded and we had a difficult time backing our truck in even with the back up camera. This was our first and last stay there.
