First visit here last night. Little hard to find. This is the distillery and tasting room. Nice rustic interior with exposed steel beams and bricks. Love the little lounge area in the front. Especially like the old typesetting desks as I am in the printing business. A little too loud for us but the choice of music was very nice. Lots of jazzy tunes. Ambiance might remind you of a speakeasy. Bartenders were very helpful and informative. We tried their Sazerac and their Last Word. The Sazerac was made with their Homegrown Rye, simple syrup, absinthe, and bitters. A little too strong for me but my wife enjoyed it. The Last Word is made with Peacemaker Gin, anise, cherry, and lime. This is pretty tart but very tasty. The Peacemaker Gin is made from local Spruce and Pine trees and finishes with a hit of spruce. We are not craft cocktail connoisseurs but both of us enjoyed the service, the drinks, and the experience. Looking forward to going back so you guess that this is a go to place in my book.
