Just tried the new location after the restaurant has been opened about one week and what a mess. Service was poor, the food was poor. Ordered a prime rib medium to rare and it came out raw. The new location was a little busy but not to use an excuse of new and busy for the results we had. Atmosphere was nice, host and manager were apologetic but the problems should have been picked up almost from when he sat down at the table. We had to ask for things that normally come with a meal like silverware and etc. We actually had two servers, one regular and one learning and it still was very poor service. Hopefully the new server will not pick up the bad traits of serving. once the food was prepared like what we ordered the taste was not great. had much better food at less expensive restaurants so why go to an expensive restaurant and receive poor quality for food and service or all around period. I understand that this was just after the first week but for a known restaurant to be so poor it nice what one expects.
