The property managers were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were very clean. The hotel is in a good location for visiting the many sites in the area. The breakfast area was somewhat small, but clean and very organized.

Beds felt like you were sleeping on plywood, even my children complained. I spent the night sleeping in a chair. Pool was clean and the kids enjoyed. Close to many restaurants and things to do. Rooms could have looked better.
Excellent front desk staff, and cleaning staff.
Gave room choices and asked if i would like to view rooms first before deciding. Told me where quite areas were located. Also volunteered extra parking during day for guest visitors and family visitors. Room was well maintained. Very Good A/C. Great hot water. New carpet. Refrigerator on high so cold started to freeze soda! Pool spotless, Deep end 8 foot. Medium size for Cape.
Near beach restaurants shopping. Clean with friendly staff. Plan to return in august.

I was on the Cape to attend a weekend. Because I knew my schedule would be full, I really needed little more than a place to sleep. The location was very convenient and the owners were very nice. My room was dated but more than adequate and housekeeping did a nice job.. One major problem I encountered was not having hot water on the morning (at 5:00AM) I left to get a flight out of Logan International. Parking was very convenient but appeared to be too limited if you got there at night.
We expected worn and dated. Just a place to sleep at reasonable rate. Don’t include their “breakfast” in your plans.
She does not rent to locals so it keeps nefarious behavior to a minimum. I wouldn’t walk on the carpet...too sticky/yucky. Otherwise reasonably clean.
