My eggs weren't close to how I ordered them and we (not being residents) did not feel welcome. Not worth a visit.

the space really is a comfortable little house, the staff is friendly and fun and the food is extraordinary .. i usually get falafel for lunch because i can never resist and for dinner there are several vegetarian options to choose from .. friends who eat fish say that the fish tacos are to die for .. it is absolutely our "go to" restaurant when company comes calling .. and thursday's off season is taco night ... they have re-defined taco .. it is not to be missed

The dining room fits the name with limited seating, but it's cozy atmosphere and friendly staff make you feel right at home. The meals are delicious -- the lentil salad is my favorite! Off season is the best time to go as there's usually not much of a wait. Folks have definitely discovered the place, but I'm happy for Little House as they deserve to be on the map!

We had a very good lunch here recently. I had the roast turkey sandwich and it was a generous portion and delicious. My companion had the fish tacos which she raved about. The only drawback was the lackluster service. They were busy as it was lunch time but our waitress seemed bored and uninterested. We asked for an additional napkin and she never returned with it. Our check was presented without any offer of additional food or drink and she never asked how our meal was. The food was good though.

I ordered the fish tacos based on the reviews of others. First I should mention we are from the southwest. They got the fish right- it was fried and nicely crispy. Taco shell was soft fell apart. Cabbage was good, but it was drowned with a heavy and bland sauce that made the whole thing soggy and obliterated the avocado. The salsa was too mild to call salsa. We also had a Caesar Salad. Again very heavily dressed with soggy croutons.

If you get either of these, ask them to put the sauce/ dressing on the side.

On the plus side, they had a fabulous cauliflower soup with bacon and creme fraiche. This and the service- cheerful and efficient were the highlights.
