Very Good accommodations, excellent bed. Excellent value and offered free transit to Logan airport which other hotels in area did not do. Drawback in that this location does not have a pool which was desired by local family. However all other aspects of stay where good and met expectations.

Don't expect frills. Continental breakfast ok; hot eggs and a meat would have been a welcome addition.
Shuttle service to airport and train was great benefit. Bob, our driver was extremely helpful, friendly and courteous - with outstanding customer service skills.
We had a problem with our room (unfortunately, seemed to have a pet odor, more pronounced second day) and had to change rooms. We were NOT on the pets allowed floor which made the source of odor perplexing.
Kudos to Hailey on night desk, and manager, Estecia for resolving this. I appreciate their professionalism and customer focused attitude.

TRUST ME. YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPOINTED. Stress free and I felt that we were being treated special until talking to other patrons. The breakfast was the only stress as it looked so great and I'm on a diet. Don't look if you can't eat.

was traveling from RI to Seattle with a very active large 8 week old puppy (Sylvia!)..and I have always used La Quinta in the past when traveling with pets... and this one was close to airport. (Only thing is they only run airport shuttle once an hour)..but the Inn is across the parking lot from a mini mall ..a pub and a restaurant that has GREAT take out.

My family just spent three nights here, and the experience was mostly enjoyable. The room was clean (except the carpets). The staff was friendly, and the location was perfect for us. We had no issues with noise in our room. The only real con, in my opinion, was the use of single-use plastic cutlery, cups, and plates for breakfast. It was kind of heartbreaking to see so much garbage being produced when it seems so easily avoidable. I hope La Quinta has plans to switch to more sustainable options in the very near future, because it's hard to feel good about supporting them as is.
