“Construction Noise - Pigeon Cove construction”

The City of Rockport has a large restoration/repair project ongoing to the breakwalls in Pigeon Cove. Woke every morning to jackhammers and large equipment. The noise continued all day. Unable to sit on deck or use the outside due to the noise, until nightfall. Agency and renter never warned me of this issue.
