“Wonderful B&B”
Reviewed 24 April 2012

Stayed here a few nights back while in town for the Green Arts Festival. Our room was perfect and Audrey and Robin were wonderful hosts. When Audrey found out we were vegetarians she suggested a great place in town for us for dinner and even made sure we had our own individual vegetarian fritata cups in the morning. Will definitely stay here again if the opportunity arises!

I read reviews here and decided to stay at this b and b. The hosts were really helpful. They went out of their way to help us enjoy our stay and plan our travel. Food great, but i went for the unhealthy option every time and now need a big diet to save me from the AMAZING baking. Fab place, will be back.

This 5 room B&B is in a central location. Restaurants are close, but during our visit(End of March) very few were open. We tried Napi's (Good).
Rooms 3/4/5 are on the second floor. The staircase is rather steep and the two first floor rooms may be more suitable for the elderly.
Parking is available on premises, but it may be difficult to see an inner available spot if all the other spots close to street are taken
If you need coffee before breakfast, you can make it using a coffee maker in the breakfast area.
The bedroom(We stayed in #5) is cute, with a comfortable bed and a slanted wall on one side. There is a fireplace(natural gas), but is not adjustable(on-off only). The reading lights above the bed is the brightest I have seen, but they are not individually controllable.
Continental breakfast was better than usual. including a very tasty cake. Service was excellent.
A second chair in the room would be useful. The rocking chair was rather noisy.
We paid $123 including tax and breakfast. A very good deal in Provincetown, even during the off season.

My partner and I stayed here on a bitterly cold offseason weekend in the beginning of February. I think I can honestly say that I have never stayed at a more lovely, welcoming, warm and spotless B&B. Robyn and Audri were wonderful hosts who were friendly, helpful and made you feel at home but knew exactly how to give everyone space to enjoy themselves. They were expert innkeepers! The location is a stone's throw from every place you would want to go in town but just enough removed from the din for peace and quiet. Our room (#2 on the ground floor) had a fabulous fireplace that kept us warm even though wind chills were in the 20's that weekend. The breakfasts were perfect as well - lots of healthy choices and a big table to share with everyone. Our other guests were all so much fun to talk to that we almost didn't want to leave.

The only caveat is the same one that ALL p-town inns have. They have onsite parking (yay) - but it's a little tricky getting in and out due to the narrow entrance. You might want to leave the Humvee or giant Chrysler at home. Still - it's no worse than all the other tight parking spaces in Provincetown (if you can find one a ALL) - and trust me, this place is so close to everything that I doubt you will need to get your car in once you dock at the Admiral's Landing.

I can't think of a nicer place for a romantic weekend.

I stayed at this B&B with my girlfriend for a couple of nights (room #1) over President Day weekend 2012. One word: fantastic! This place is cozy, very clean, and the hosts, Robyn and Audri, were very friendly, helpful, and kind. You can enjoy hot cocoa or various kinds of teas and coffees 24h/day. Breakfast was delicious (be sure to try the Admiral’s Cup), and Robyn and Audri entertained us with interesting and funny conversation. Leftover cakes were available to guests for the rest of the day. Wine glasses were also available anytime, if we wanted to enjoy a bottle of wine in your room.
TV set, iPod/iPhone dock, WiFi antenna, AC were all modern devices, not some cheap old stuff.
We had to leave very early in the morning, well before breakfast time, but our hosts surprised us by leaving just outside our room two big delicious slices of a freshly baked cake wrapped for the travel accompanied with a kind note.
Here you’re not just another guest, but you feel cared for in a unique way.
I highly recommend this B&B.
