From the moment we arrived at the inn we were like guests whose arrival was warmly anticipated by the hosts! A gilded age cottage, a phenomenal room, and entertainment in a very close and personal setting. Wanda Houston and her musicians were close to a life-changing event! If you miss them, a part of your life-puzzle is missing. The food they served was beyond excellent, with every bite bringing eye-popping amazement! Eiran and Michele brought us from welcome guest to departing as family, Michele dispensing with the handshake to say goodbye withe a hug.I find it will be hard to stay anywhere else.

Reading this makes me smile Richard, knowing we've succeeded once again in making our guests feel like family. We are so fortunate to have the venue we have for the wonderful music and the exceptional, caring staff that sees our vision as we do to make every guest welcome and comfortable without being intrusive. The food of course is something we take great pride in and are so glad you & Jill enjoyed it both nights while you were here. You 2 are welcome to come home any time you need a breather. We'll be here to share a laugh. Hope it will be soon!

We spent a night at the Rosalind room. The Inn is very well kept and Michelle and Eifran are wonderful hosts. The room was large, has a king sized bed, a fireplace and a jacuzzi tub (we did not use the tub). We had dinner there and stayed at the bar for a drink while Wanda Houston and her group delighted guests with live music. Homemade breakfast next morning made the end of our stay perfect. Will definitely come back!

Thanks to Wanda Houston and her band I discovered the Gateways Inn for music. This is a cozy upscale venue to enjoy a night out of music. Wanda and her band sounded like a million dollars. I had a steak dinner which was tasty but it took a long time and it was small. The beer prices are reasonable. I also enjoyed Lara Tupper and her musician friends play in January. It was a lovely evening out. It's nice to go to hear music and not hear people chatting away!

We stayed at the inn during the holiday season. It was everything we were looking for. This is a very beautiful inn impeccably maintained by the owners. Michele spent time with us explaining the inn’s history and was kind enough to map out all the best places and restaurants to visit in the area. We were made to feel very welcome and comfortable from the second we walked in. The music on the weekend was terrific and the bar had great cocktails. We would definitely return.

We stayed for 2 for my husband's birthday. We were greeted by Michelle who showed us around, and made sure we had everything we needed. We arrived during a bad snowstorm and she took the time to make reservations for us for dinner that night to be sure we had a place to eat. We were not able to take advantage of the on site restaurant, as that and the lounge were closed for the month. We did not miss it as we had the lounge to ourselves and read by the fire. Michelle also gave us recommendations for cross country skiing, and fixed us a great breakfast both days. We were the only couple staying there at the time and she went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. I am looking forward to returning in the summer season! Thanks Michelle.
