“Good pizza quick!”
Review of Papa Gino's

Papa Gino's
Ranked #61 of 163 Restaurants in Haverhill
Cuisines: Pizza
Description: Founded in 1961 by the Valerio family in East Boston, Papa Gino's has been serving the same thin-crust Italian-style pizza and supporting local New England communities for over half a century. With dough made fresh daily in Walpole MA from just five simple ingredients, tomatoes harvested on the exact day for ripeness and real tomato taste, and an authentic medley of three premium cheeses, New Englanders will agree, nothing else tastes like Papa Gino's

We just needed to grab dinner to take back to our hotel room at the Hampton Inn down the street. This pizza was very good (best Papa Ginos we have had).

"Rustic" -an interesting name for a very delicious pizza. I tasted the Rustic at a friend's house and couldn't believe it was from a chain pizza restaurant. The crust was just as my husband and I like it, VERY thin and crisp. The amount of cheese and sauce was just right, and the parmesan cheese sprinkled-very liberally- on the top gave it a great taste. We also had a coupon from the newspaper, and the large (or extra-large size- not sure) was only $10.00. Friendly service, clean shop, and ready for pick-up at the stated time. Worth a visit.

I drop in at least once a week The service is rather quick and I don't have to wait very long and parking is good. They also have drive-up service.

Place was clean, staff was friendly, food was tasty.

One drawback was that the person rolling the dough for pizza did not
have gloves on. I know that the pizza gets baked at a high temperature
and that would kill most any bacteria but some viruses can live in extreme
temperatures so...please wear gloves when handling food for public consumption.

We were the weary travelers looking for a quick dinner after driving all day. Were drove to the area right beyong our room at the Best Western Merrimack Valley and found this spot with several restaurants. We sat outside and had to pick. Papa Gino's was it. We were so surprised that the pizza was delicious. The crust was crispy on the outside but tender and soft on the inside. The cheese was just right -- not too salty or greasy. For a chain store pizza it was very good. We actually ate here 2 times. We liked it so much that we stopped there on the way home, too.
