Although this is an eat in restaurant it only has about 10 tables. It is more take out
In any case this is very good Indian based on my experience eating with many Indian co workers. Sorry I cannot define the specific regional specialty
Be sure to define how spicy you like the food. Even mild is spicy so hot must off the charts. The tandoori masala both shrimp and chicken were excellent portions are very generous

Last time, we did the buffet, but this time, it was all out take away for a feast at home. We had three types of naan (potato, cauliflower, and sweet raisin/ground almond) as well as the veggie appetizer, shrimp biryani, chicken tandoori, and fish curry. I don't like cauliflower but I LOVED the cauliflower naan so much. The raisin/ground almond one would be an amazing dessert, and I'm getting my own next time because sharing is not caring. The tandoori chicken is the best, most moist ever. Massive shrimp in the biryani, but heads up: even the mild is spicy (which is why they offer the yogurt dip (raita) along with it. If you are me and mild is too spicy, you will need this. It is heaven. The fish curry has the best, creamiest sauce, like a korma, and the texture of the fish was perfect. Super lovely family. Can't wait to go back again!

We rarely go out to have Indian food. However, we wanted to try it once in a while but picked a wrong place! Expected a variety of Indian curries. Choices were very limited.

On our way back from our New Hampshire vacation, we visited this Indian restaurant for lunch. They were serving buffet but we ordered from the menu. Ordered a standard set of entrees - saga paneer, Shahi paneer, Aloo chole accompanied by naan, puri and biriyani. Paris were thick and were not great. Biriyani was average, but the curries especially the paneer ones were fabulous. The restaurant has a very simple and unassuming setting /ambience. We were one of the three customers for lunch and the service was reasonable. The only waiter/ manager was responsive but not willing to smile until we got up to leave.

Most places, if you roll in at 2pm, they've put the buffet away, but we needed a place to eat quickly after a long day of appointments, and we decided to try Welcome. We really did feel welcome as soon as we walked in! There were a few other people there, some for take away, but the food was hot, plentiful (they made fresh pakora when we showed up. Coincidence? I do not believe so), with lots of options for a tiny buffet. Plus they brought special potato naan to the table in addition to plain naan offered in the buffet. I can't wait to go back and have more!
