My sister, and her husband are still there, we were there for a few days with them. We were fortunate to have the end unit (#17), so we enjoyed breezes, and the comfortable king size bed. If you are looking for posh, this isn't the place, but if you're looking for clean, comfortable, and great location (adjacent to Sea St. Beach), and folks who go out of their way to make your stay more pleasant, this is the place. David, and his crew went above and beyond for us, and I appreciate it!

If you are looking to stay with kind, considerate, friendly, nice, and "real" people.....this is the place! From the great owner, to the incredible access to the beach and pool, the location to all the Cape has to offer, to the cleanliness of the room, and much more......this is truly the place! We return each summer! I truly appreciate the opportunity! It is certainly a wonderful spot!

Driving in I felt my heart sink a little, when I saw the office building was almost completely overgrown with shrubs and scraggly trees. Downed tree limbs and weedy corners. Almost no amenities in the room. Yes, the manager is super-nice and makes a mean espresso. Yes, there is a charming breakfast stand around the corner as well as a fantastic little beach. But I couldn't escape the feeling that the place was old, moldy and in desperate need of some tlc.

We stayed 4 nights in June, we love the location, walk across the path in the back and you are at the beach! There is a small cafe right there as well. The motel is very "vintage" and despite its age, the pleasant owner keeps the rooms very clean. We had a king bed, a small fridge and a futon in our upstairs room. You could see the ocean from the back porch, we walked to a few restaurants, about a minute walk. We would stay again.

We found The Old Landing while looking late in the season last year. David the owner was able to accommodate our room request and was so welcoming. We love to support small independently owned businesses and The Old Landing is no exception. Great hospitality, very clean room and wonderful location. We are looking forward to returning this year. Also looking forward to the delicious coffee and spirited chats!
