Can't beat The Sailing Cow for great chowder, sandwiches and seafood plates. Atmosphere is casual and extremely family friendly. Doesn't matter how hot a summer day, this restaurant make the most of sea breezes and ceiling fans so it's always pleasant. Outdoor seating is also available and is quite nice, as well. Chowder is great - a little different because it;s laced with chunky red skilled potatoes. There's bacon in the chowder - unmistakable and tasty. Portions are generous and the fish and seafood is always cooked well - never dry or bland. Only wish that the coleslaw was a little less sweet and soupy.
