The Old Manse Inn is top-notch in every way! Accommodations are gorgeous and extremely comfortable, and the breakfasts are out of this world! We've stayed here 7-8 times, and will definitely go back! The best B & B on the Cape!

Room Tip: There are no elevators, but some first floor rooms are offered.

Loved it here! The building is an attractive old sea captains house. The rooms are named after lighthouses. Every thing you could want has been provided here. There is a coffee machine on every floor with cookies provided. The rooms are spacious and beautifully decorated. There is plenty of cupboard space and a lovely bathroom with huge fresh white towels. Breakfast is just divine! Brian and Charlie fully deserve the five stars. There has been a lot of love put into this hotel and it shows. Thank you both for a wonderful stay on Cape Cod.

The Old Manse is more classic, country inn than "B & B"; this isn't a couple of spare bedrooms in someone's house, but a beautifully appointed, multi-room great house, offering guests all the amenities of a purpose-built inn with the personal attention of on-site owners lavishing the care one extends to old friends visiting one's house. Its setting, in Brewster, avoids the madness of the Cape in full tourist season, while making it all available with a short drive in any direction.

The owners are antique collectors with fine taste; every room is a trove of fascinating or distinctive objets. Comfort is assured by countless thoughtful touches, like the port and sherry decanters awaiting one's arrival, to the freshly-baked cookies, coffee and tea free for the taking on every floor. The breakfasts are lavish affairs, with abundant choices of hot and cold items.

The Old Manse Inn may be the most convenient, comfortable and welcoming accommodation on Cape Cod.

We had 3 wonderful nights at the Inn. Brian and Charlie were perfect hosts and warmly welcomed us on arrival. There were so many lovely little touches that made our stay extra special. For example, there was an Australian flag by the entrance when we turned up. Also we appreciated the use of the bikes, and the wine and cheese in the afternoon, as well as the easy availability of tea & coffee (and cookies) at any time. Our room was immaculate and the bed very comfortable. Breakfasts were delicious and Brian even arranged a "take out" paper bag breakfast one morning when we had to go out early. The location was very quiet at night and not too far by car to some nice restaurants for dinner. Would happily recommend The Old Manse Inn.

This place exudes the love and tender care that the owners have for it. You will truly feel at home here. We arrived and Brian showed us around and indicated every little detail that would make our stay pleasurable and trouble-free. Because he knew that this was a anniversary trip there was a silver balloon, chocolates and a handwritten card waiting for us in Room 6! Cookies, coffee, water and soda on every floor. Liquors in the parlor where a piano was available for my husband who delighted us with his playing. A wonderful breakfast, in a sunny room, with a gourmet menu that changes daily. I could go on and on. This is a place where you feel at home and want to return.

Room Tip: Room 6 is the "quietest", we heard.
