My family and I stayed at the hotel above this restaurant. Each of us (3 pairs of twos) had a separate terrible visit to this establishment. If we had warned each other before hand, it could have been avoided- but we weren't that lucky. On our visit for breakfast, we were ignored for almost 40 minute. We started off sitting outside, but after waiting 20 minutes and seeing new seated people being served- I was ready to go. But instead we asked to go inside to give it another chance. After being sat inside we waited another 10 minutes, until a random server came and gave us menus. I say random because when I confronted her, she had no idea I was still waiting for a server. After that, things started to actually look up. Our server was decent and the food was okay.
When we were outside, we watched the only server look at us many times before we spoke to a manager about moving. The manager I guess then never got us a server. The service is just bad, and the staff at the hotel advise you don't eat there- and that's just sad.
