Clyde's offers a great environment for friends, family or business meals. Comfortable surroundings and nice atmosphere. Our recent meal was not unlike past visits. Good service and dependable food. Maybe not a destination place, certainly a good choice if in the area.Warmer weather offers an opportunity to sit outside. Will likely return sometime in the future.

Ben and Mrs Too drove the short distance to Columbia, Md for lunch with her former coworker June and husband Carl. We had agreed to dine at Clyde’s of Columbia. This store is one of the earliest of the many members of the Clyde’s Restaurant Group, and remains one of the mainstays.

The afternoon was one of glorious sunshine and moderate temperature, so lunch under an umbrella on the outdoor plaza was a must. Ben had the lamb chop entree with a “market” salad. Others ordered a chili bowl, a fish sandwich, a crab cake sandwich, and shrimp and grits. Beverages were Stella Artois Joie de Biere, iced tea, and a very good old fashion cocktail.

Our server Alexandra was just about perfect, our meals were prepared wonderfully, then served promptly. The weather held ideal, and the entire experience was a memorable one indeed.

Ben and his bride really enjoy each and every visit to any of the Clyde’s Restaurant properties, and this is no exception. We highly recommend it to your attention.

I took my wife to dinner at Clyde's. It was a nice evening so we sat on the patio under the shade of the trees with a gentle breeze blowing. The staff was efficient but let us enjoy our time together. My dinner was very good and we had a good experience.

I Decided to go to a place i haven’t been to in awhile. The Hostesses at the door were not very friendly and when i asked to change seating to a booth it was greeted w an attitude and their explanation for not providing my request changed when i reminded them that they provided the accommodations for others ( a booth for two). I’m giving it a 4 still because the waiter Nate was very nice, and i think it was the manager that asked about our food. Plus, the shrimp and grits were delicious, and my sisters lamb chops were amazing. Still enjoy the great food and view. Need work at the front first impressions means everything.

We dined there twice in a week. The food was good . They have excellent appetizers such as the ribs and very good main drink she’s such as the crab cakes and the shrimp and grit. There is a variety of items on the menu and the taste is good. They also have a reasonable list of wines by the glass.... oh the dessert was outstanding
