I've learned over time that sometimes the best food is found in unexpected places. Lily's Mexican Market is such a place. Located in the corner of a strip mall, it is very unassuming from the outside. Walking inside and past the foodstuffs, you will find a small commercial kitchen. The menu with pricing is in English. There is a small sitting area with seating for 15 people. There isn't any ambiance, just good food. Not knowing better, I ordered both Tacos Al Pastor and Tacos Chirizo. I didn't realize that each order was for four tacos! The meats were flavorful and wrapped in double soft tacos. The Al Pastor was fantastic with bits of pineapple grilled along with the pork. The Chirizo was chopped sausage with just the right amount of spice. Next time, I'm going back for the Tacos lengua!
