Our introduction to Congdon's was the donuts - in particular the apple fritters - served at the Beachmere 15 years ago. We then made the pilgrimage to the restaurant and now its an annual event (we live in Massachusetts or we'd go more often). The staff is friendly, the food is very good. My daughter loves the eggs benedict, my son just had the lobster benedict and loved it, and we all love the fritters and donuts.
