We were planning to meet our son at the hotel. We were driving from Hartford, he had flown into Boston and took a bus to Portland. Of course there were complications and he arrived much earlier than we did, following his red-eye flight from Denver. We called the hotel, spoke to Molly, who made arrangements for our son to get checked in early -- allowing him to get some sleep before our arrival. We greatly appreciated Molly's flexibility and customer service. This is why we always look for a Hampton Inn when we travel! Thanks, Molly!

Our room was very clean, the hotel was spotless. Breakfast was great! Everyone, from the people preparing breakfast to the front desk to the valet service -- all were friendly, helpful, and great to deal with. We had a wonderful stay!

Excellent location, no more than 10 min walk to see the whole downtown. 17 min walk to 4 awesome breweries. Sebago Brewery in same building. Front desk folks very helpful. Valet guys go above and beyond. They will even take you where you want to go and pick you up in their courtesy van.

Great location, clean facilities and helpful staff, highly recommended!! Right next to resaurant row, and not far from everyhing else that a $10 Uber can connect you to. Really great value option for the waterfront and surrounding area!

Was able to get a room at pretty much last minute and they were able to attend to my friend's feather allergy and switched all of the beddings to ensure he was comfortable. Wi-Fi was very quick. Valet staff was great and gave us a good overview of where to go for food, drinks, etc. Would be back again.

Good location. Showeres never quite hot. Warm enough to do what you need to do, not warm enough to be a good morning experience. Sometimes you may not be able to get into your room. At least, that was our experience. They might say that it's your fault that you put to our card next your wallet or cell phone. But also there's a chance that the lock just doesn't work. Thst the counter staff doesn't have the correct password to open the door dead door. And that person at the counter has to then haggle with the manager who is very put out to be called to get you into your room. But you paid through Priceline so there is nothing that they can do. So bad luck, I guess.
