Otto's was recommended for the best pizza in the area. It does have good thin crust pizza, but our overall experience was not good. Even with only ten guests at three tables, the place was almost too noisy for us to carry on a normal conversation, a big negative point for us. Three of us shared a large pizza, enough food for us. We thought the taste of the cheese was better than most places, and the crust was done just right: neither hard as a rock, nor undercooked. I complimented them on the crust. On the other hand, Otto's only offered five local beers on tap, and they were out of one of those. Coming from Oregon, with its many hundreds of craft beers, we wanted to sample Maine's craft beers. We sampled the four available (from four different breweries), and thought they all tasted about the same. To our tastes, the only difference was in the "hoppiness," not in the underlying flavor.
