You would think by now they would have figured out how to produce a higher volume of bagels. I went in at 7.45 am the Sunday of the Dempsey Challenge and they were just about out of bagels. They said more were coming out but they were all burned on the bottom. I could barely get 6. They usually have great bagels but the production sucks! Too bad to have a great product and not manage it properly.
