You can't beat this beach for its long expanse of sand, and its magnificent views. Early morning and late afternoon bring plenty of dogs so be forewarned!

Beach disappears at high tide (water comes right up to the seawall) but water was surprisingly warm in late September. Fun to watch the surfers as tide comes in.

This is a very nice area with a lovely long flowing sand beach. Most enjoyable and clean. Recommended.

The beach is very clean, despite several tourists around. The sand is very fine, the slope tapers into the water very smoothly. We walked on the beach for a while. There are nice seats , under the shade to sit and enjoy the ocean view. Parking was quite a challenge, but managable.

The sand is white, the beach tapers so gradually into the water. When the tide is out the beach is massive, but closes up considerably when at high tide. The view of the landscape is typical Maine. Parking if free after Labor Day, otherwise you must pay.
