Quick check in at the front desk, friendly staff, great room, upgraded to suite for engagement on the trip! Also got a free breakfast voucher! The waiter for breakfast was very nice and provided great recommendations for the rest of our trip. Enjoyed the stay!

This hotel location is ideally located close to shopping and restaurants. The fro t desk staff was super friendly and informative. Our room was typical Hilton with clean lines and nice towels. The beds weren't as comfortable as expected, but didn't affect sleep. A train runs behind the property so if you are a light sleeper, request a quiet room. The train runs twice a day. We
had breakfast in the Cafe which had good selections for $10.00. The waitresses didn't seem too enthusiastic about their jobs. Omelette a and egg dishes were freshly prepared.

Very nice place to stay. Workshop facilities were great and the hotel was close enough to the outlet stores that you could walk to go shopping after work. Would definitely recommend this hotel for future conferences and/or personal stay.

Second time in a couple of years I've stayed at this property. Did so because I went for a leisure ride on the Amtrak Downeaster train; this place is very convenient to the Freeport station. The walk takes 4 or 5 minutes. The hotel even has signs in the elevator that warn people that the train may pass by and make some noise. Truth is, there are currently only 2 round trips in the morning and evening, plus some deadhead moves, so the rail traffic should not be an issue to getting a good night's sleep.

The front desk staff greeted me with a smile upon check-in and again when checking out in the morning. They thanked me for being a Hilton Honors Gold member and for checking in online. They also were attentive when I purchased a snack from the small adjoining store.

My room was clean and comfortable, the latter not an easy feat this time of year when it's warm by day and cool at night. The climate control was easy to figure out and did not make much noise.

I happened to find a good rate for a Sunday night late in the game. Rates are usually more affordable on weekends than they are weeknights.

Overall I recommend this property for anyone who wants to stay at a place convenient to the train and not needing to take a cab or hotel shuttle.

Room tip: If train noise around 7:20 AM and 8:05 PM might be a problem, then ask for a room in front away from the tracks.

Very nice hotel! Everyone was welcoming and helpful. The dark haired woman who worked the bar/dinner area was a treat. Funny, attentive and knew her stuff. She's the kind of employee they are blessed to have. The only complaint I can muster up would be the fire pit. It is too small and tall to really be enjoyed. Every other aspect was great. Easy to walk to dinner, drug store, LL Bean and several other shops.
