Nothing like the description on the website. The breakfast consisted of prepackaged muffins and coffee. The refrigerator in our room did not work. The kitchen was not fully equipped with small appliances like the website claimed. We asked the front desk but they claimed to be out of all the appliances. All of the rooms are nonsmoking yet the entire room reeked of smoke. Overall, worst hotel experience I've ever had.

All the ladies were very accommodating and friendly. They were very attentive to us. The housekeepers did a great job keeping our room clean and neat while we stayed there. Shoutout to Daisha,Patrice,Loreal,Brittany, and Reyna for treating us to a very nice stay at the hotel. Everything was awesome. Thank yall from the Jones Family.

Excellent customer service from all the employees, especially the management. Definitely the best extended stay I’ve ever stayed in. L’Oreal and Reyna are extremely efficient and professional with the best interests of each guests experience in mind.

My stay at the Extended Stay was a COMPLETE nightmare. The staff was very rude. The rooms weren’t clean. It was infested with bugs. They refused to give us our money back. We had to sleep in our car due to rooms being sold out. And staff not being understanding. I would NEVER recommend or stay there EVER AGAIN. Tried calling corporate with no help. I’m very disappointed and upset.

The room is dirty. The only vending machine is broken and there is no other way to get drink. It lists "free breakfast" and in fact only has hot water and some little bags of instant cereals. No hair dryer in the room. The sound insulation is very bad. My room was at the first floor and we were disturbed both from the neighbor rooms and the second floor room. We arrived at 12:00 pm and asked if we could do early check-in. We were told yes if we waited for 30 min--hence we waited for 45 mins in the lobby. And we tried to do check-in again at 12:45--and someone else in the front desk told we only can check in after 3:00! When we got into the room, it was not cleaned up at all. We need to go back to the front desk to get another room. The internet did not work for my Windows PC. I needed call the technique support and spent 10 min to solve the problem. I don't know why it can be listed as 2.5 star hotel--should be rated as a one star motel. Both the facility and the service were bad.
