This is a fantastic hotel in Bohol. It's located a little bit away from Alona Beach which was perfect for us, as Alona beach was far too busy. There was a free shuttle from the hotel down there though if you wanted to head there.

The restaurant is great and the food really nice with a large range of options. It had a great view from the restaurant as well.

The pool area was very nice too and it was really quiet when we stayed so there was no-one else there when we stayed.

The rooms are great. They are all individual bungalows and are really big with a lot of space in the garden too.

The staff are really friendly. They organised us an island tour at really short notice too with a private driver at a good price.

Definitely worth a stay here if you get the chance to visit Bohol.

This is a fantastic resort with Villas that looks like museums, everything is nice inside, the people the place and there are not many guest since the place does not have many villas. Inside there is a small zoo with monkeys, birds and other animals our kids loved to go say hi to the animals and have a manicure from one of the friendly monkey. The restaurant is great, great food and fantastic view over the ocean. They bake their own bread and croissant for the restaurant. The servers are very nice but a bit slow, for us was not a big problem since you are in such a nice place. There is also horses if you like to do some horseback riding. They have a free shuttle that on request brings you to Alona beach where there are many other restaurant and also a lot of tourist if you feel seeing people. Inside the resort they also have a museum, very nice and it feels really special to be in such a place. Some of the Villas they have a pool but quite small to be honest. There is a common pool which is very nice, i believe 25 m. From the hotel you have access to the see by steps, there is no sand though if that is what you are looking for. We enjoyed snorkeling right of the shore, there are a couple of very nice spot with tons of fish and corals, I saw a snake and a lion fish. They also have free pickup and drop off from airport/port.

The resort itself was very quiet during our stay, this added to its charm. The gardens, rooms, pool area, restaurant and gardens are excellent, its clear so much care and attention is taken over this resort and the staff were very accomodating, I am surprised as I would have expected this to be the kind of place to have hundereds of positive reviews on here, maybe its still very new.

The room we stayed him was amazing, rustic but modern and they pulled that theme off excellently. The gardens are also immaculate and you can see a lot of work goes into the landscaping, I understand they used to have Tarsier here but were required to move them to the sanctuary up the road, I have to say if I were a Tarsier I would definately prefer to live here ;-)

Location wise it was a quick trip to the main beach area via trike and an easy day trip to the Choclolate hills, Tarsier sanctuary and a river cruise ;-)

I would highly recommend this place

What a pleasant surprise this gem of a place in Bohol was. A small exclusive resort housing a little more than a dozen villas. The grounds are beautifully manicured and villas spaces out to ensure maximum privacy. There is a small but rocky private beach but the property is perched on a cliff with stunning views of 2 islands which you can enjoy on lounging chairs spaced thoughtfully facing the sunset.

The property has a villa exclusively dedicated to a class encased gym. There are horses and stables on the grounds but for experienced horse people only. Restaurant has a French chef making the most exquisite croissants for breakfast and the dinners compete with any expensive restaurant.

The villa interiors reflect the architect owners style, very high end huts with modern interiors which are bright and airy. Beams cross the ceilings, drop down lights strategically placed for maximum impact.

Staff was very polite and friendly reflections of Filipino hospitality.

Want a beach? Town is 10 minutes away with the hotel shuttle.

A splurge worth doing!

Nice quiet and beautiful resort at the sea shore. The huge garden area made us feel very satisfied in this very well maintained nature.
Very pleasant was the in house equestrian center to take riding lessons just a few steps away.
