Had lunch here with family. It was a nice day so sat on the patio outside.

Oysters and calamari which were dinner for one in our group. Shrimp and chips for another and fish and chips for the other one. All were enjoyed.

We were visiting the area and decided to try Mitchell's. We absolutely love seafood so we thought this will be great, plus they had a nice patio overlooking Cincinatti. I asked for a Stella on tap and was told they were out of it...How do you run out of beer?? And most importantly, why are you still out of it? We decided to try the oysters to start: these honestly tasted like they were in sink water. We eat plenty of oysters so we have a pretty good idea of what fresh, good oysters should taste like. Not to mention, these were $2.50 each, we have gotten better for less, and didn't even finish them. These should be taken off your menu, this place is not prepared to serve oysters. By now were disappointed, but still hungry and our bill is already running high. We decided to go for the Lobster and Shrimp Stuffed Cod. We waited for about 40 minutes and what arrived was a tiny piece of fish sprinkled with some lobster meat and a couple of shrimps on top. No taste whatsoever, even the mashed potatoes were a disappointment. The only thing that tasted like food were the vegetables. Our waiter however was nice and noticing we barely touched the oysters he offered a partial refund. Now that i think about it, we could have walked down to the festival and gotten a couple of corn dogs and that would have been way better. Yeah, not coming back here again.

About a month ago, wife and I came here for dinner one night with not such good results. I would've slammed them in the review pretty hard, but since the place has such great atmosphere that can make an enjoyable relaxing evening, we decided to visit again because it was just such a pleasant late summer evening. We would make our judgement from tonight's experience. And this was redemption for them. Wife absolutely loves the ginger crusted salmon. But for some chefs, they have an issue getting it a little well done so it is not served mushy. This was delightfully prepared. Served w/ sticky rice and it makes for a nice healthy meal. I had the clam chowder and the fish and chips. The chowder was very good and enjoyable. The fish and chips were also very good, but it is an healthy portion, so be prepared for a lot of food. Kristopher was our server and very attentive. Tonight was a good experience here.

We had the opportunity enjoy dinner at this amazing restaurant. We wanted to eat on the patio by the river and it was a little bit of a wait, but the staff did everything they could to make it happen - and it was worth the wait. My husband ordered the gumbo and it was delish, and then we enjoyed the crab, artichoke and spinach dip (amazing) and we each ordered a different dish to enjoy and share -- each one was better than the next. We ordered the parmesean crusted tilapia, stuff lobster & shrimp, and crab-topped cod - AMAZING!!! Our search for the dress code on the interet for this restaurant made it seem like it was too dressy for our vacation experience, but thankfully we checked it out anyway because it was a place for everyone. What a treat this dinner was. I would HIGHLY recommend eating here!

Excellent restaurant. My family was warmly greeted and the food was great. The atmosphere was festive during our visit. Our waitress was able to describe the flavorful menue. Looking forward to my next visit.
