We were provided with a room that smelled strongly of mold and mildew and when we complained, we were switched to a different room. The second room did not smell of mold, but it was very damp. Everything in the room felt wet and the room smelled of old food. We discovered that there was a mixture of food, dirt, oil, and grease that was saturating the carpet in the room because our socks turned a brownish red color when we walked on the carpet. The carpet was unbelievably filthy. The trim around the walls was falling off. There were used tissues and plastic forks and spoons under the beds along with wads of hair on the floor. It was too late to check out and move to another hotel. While sleeping, we were bothered by insects in the beds. Seedy characters were loitering in the hotel parking lot, working on a car, and drunkenly arguing and yelling at one another. The next morning, we checked out the “breakfast” which consisted of terrible coffee and cheap packaged grocery store pastries. This is one of the worst hotels that we have ever encountered.

Room Tip: When you need something find Wilma at the front desk she was the bright spot of the stay and was very helpful

Booked this last minute as I was coming in last minute for a concert at Rupp Arena and no rooms available anywhere downtown. I prepaid the room over phone. I have never in my many years of travel been in a more disgusting and tired property. Upon checking into the room I immediately went to my car and drove away not even bothering to go back to front desk for refund as I needed to leave immediately. Room was not clean and smelled horribly. This property should be closed. Horrible experience.

Really crappy. Hairs from nether regions in "clean" sheets. Bathroom sink backed up. Breakfast was pitiful. Stayed here with another non-hotel snob and we were both horrified. And we paid $90! To be fair, though, I wasn't murdered in my bed.

Our room was clean and cozy and had a nice flat screen tv with good sound. Great sheets and blanket that kept me the perfect temperature for a good nights sleep without getting too hot. High quality shower head with adjustable settings which made for a relaxing and refreshing shower. There were also tons of great restaurant options within a 10 minute radius of the hotel.
