Spent three nights for the International Conference on Missions Nov. 17-19. Room was spacious suite and hot breakfast excellent. The staff provided gracious assistance and care. Check-in and check-out were seamless and efficient.

Room Tip: Room on the third floor was quiet and comfortable.

The only reason I give four stars is because there could definitely be some updating. The included breakfast consist of yogurt cereal and breads, but it was still tasty. The beds were very comfortable. The location was nice a little far from the highway but close to downtown attractions. The staff was super friendly and very helpful even when we checked in at 11pm. Great overall experience.

Very clean hotel with nice staff. Close to downtown - short drive to Rupp Arena or Commonwealth Stadium. Good exercise room and breakfast. Most rooms are suites which can make it very nice for a family.

This hotel is conveniently located downtown. We were a few minutes away from the KU Arboretum, Alltech Brewing (home of Kentucky Bourbon Barrel Distillery and Brewery) and Keeneland Racetrack. The staff was very helpful with directions and anything we needed. The room price was very reasonable given the location.

Stayed here three nights in mid September. Great location close to the Big Red Mile trotting track, UK, and downtown though you will need a car. The Inn was once part of the historic Campbell House Inn which is still located next door.
First the Good:
- Location
- Clean
- Comfortable beds
- Friendly Staff
- Big rooms
- Old South Ambience
- Quiet

Now the Bad:
- Equipment in fitness center needs to be repaired. Good equipment, just minor things, such as pedal on bike loose and HR monitor on treadmill not working. Either stretch or better yet, replace carpet with resilient floor to avoid sweat odors.
- Improve breakfast and for goodness sakes fix juice machine! Only thing breakfast needs are better eggs and possibly a self serve waffle station and some bacon or sausage. The biscuits and gravy was very good.
- Wifi very poor.

If you are not a fitness buff and just like a cup of coffee and cereal or bagel, this is a great place for you.

My wife and I loved it but did find the above faults a little disconcerting. We will stay here again when we return to Lexington.

Room Tip: Inn is not close to a major highway all rooms should be quiet.
