We came for a break from London and this worked perfectly. The owners are very pleasant and friendly. We got on well with Danny the pony and the two sheep. First night we noticed how quiet it was. No traffic noise - just the occasional owl. It is difficult to find this even in Malvern.
While being a retreat, you can walk to the Hills and to Colwall where there are places to eat and there's a grocery shop in Colwall. A car is handy but you don't need one to enjoy this rural holiday.
Ideal location to stay if attending the Malvern Cricket Festival. Conveniently close to Worcester.
Cosy & well equipped apartment and Sheena & Alan make us very welcome each time we stay. Beautiful views from the living area & a short walk from a very friendly local pub.
Loads of choice of where to eat either in Colwall or just over the hill in Malvern. Looking forward to visiting again next year.
This is such a lovely place to stay; it's got such a lovely view, wonderful hosts and a very well stocked flat that really makes you feel at home. The hosts are lovely people; extremely friendly and happy people. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay! We will certainly be coming back.
An immaculate cottage, very well equipped. The patio is wonderful to relax on and
enjoy the peaceful location after a busy day out. Alan & Sheena are superb hosts who did everything they could to make our stay as good as it was. Lots of places of interest nearby, we particularly enjoyed a trip to Tewksbury by boat along the river Severn. Upton, Evesham & Ledbury are worth a visit.
