We stayed here one night passing through the area. We were able to online check in and go right to our room with the electronic key from the app. Rooms are large and beautiful. Found out hotel was only a year old. Very well kept from what we could see. Plenty of space for everyone. Called for extra blankets for pull out bed and was given a selection to choose from. Breakfast had a lot of choices and was really good. Would stay here again if passing through the area.

At check in asked for a quiet location...put across fro the elevator. Easy to hear neighbors and people in the hallway.Breakfast set up is a disaster. Have to microwave cold packages for "hot" breakfast. Only 2 microwaves...long lines. Out of coffee both days. OJ is thinner than TANG. Ran out of bowls. When food ran out, long delays and then brought cold items out....and promptly closed. Could see several people visibly frustrated. Told we needed to change our departure time to ride with Frontier team. Then later told there was no shuttle as there was no Frontier crew to shuttle. Offered to get us a cab. Joy. The room was new and very clean.Overall the service was brutal.. Could easily see the focus was on reducing/containing costs. Worst Hilton experience in over 30 years of travel. Not reflective of other Hilton properties I have stayed at. Stay away!

Hotel was very convenient to the Creation Museum that we were visiting. We had a King room, it was huge, comfortable, with plenty of shelving and counter space for our belongings. The kitchenette was wonderful
The bathroom was very spacious, I loved the shampoo and bath gel dispensers, so much nicer than the usual little bottles.
Checked in with Winston, he was great, very helpful in giving directions. Breakfast was wonderful, I especially enjoyed the buckwheat waffles with healthy choices for toppings
Jim Mabe was super nice and helpful in extending our stay
Super nice indoor heated pool.

It was an average experience. Not very organize for breakfast time, lacking hot nonmicrovable eggs and lack of utensils. They offered coffee 24 hours but it was cold. I am a Hilton member and did not have a good experience as with other Hilton hotels.

We love these Home2Suites! We stumbled on one in Lexington, Ky. and were thrilled with the rooms and the value. So clean and fresh. We haven't used many of the amenities since we have used the hotels on our way to somewhere else but we would definitely choose this hotel first over others.
